I was a physical therapist, a coach, valedictorian, suma cum laude — the person everyone expected great things from. And I was grinding myself into the ground to prove it.

My WHOOP data said I was always in the red. My boyfriend surprised me for Thanksgiving and I nearly had a breakdown — because it disrupted my work schedule. I cancelled the wearable. The data must be wrong.

Why a full year?

Because that's how long real change takes. I know because I lived it. Not 30 days. Not 90. A year of rest, reset, and rebuilding — that's how long it took me to find my blue flame. I built this program around that reality, not around what's easier to sell.

What makes this different from therapy or personal training?

Both are valuable. Neither starts with who you actually are. Therapy addresses the mind, training addresses the body — this addresses the whole system, starting with your unique blueprint, then layering everything else on top. Most programs stack habits on a broken foundation. We fix the foundation first.

What does "intersectional approach" mean?

Science and intuition, together. Evidence-based health strategies alongside energy work, body awareness, and a little woo. I'm a physical therapist who reads tarot cards. Both things are true, and both things work. You don't have to choose a lane.

I'm skeptical of group programs. Will this actually be personal?

The curriculum is built around individuality — your unique blueprint, your energy patterns, your systems. The group is small and intentional. And VIP members get biweekly 1:1 sessions directly with me. The community is also a core feature, not a bonus. You'll be surrounded by people who actually get it.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. We'll talk through options on the call — including founding member rates and payment plans. The goal is to make this accessible without making it feel like an afterthought.
