Why This Exists

I built this because I
lived the other version.

I'm Casey. Physical therapist, health and life coach, and recovering high-achiever. I wore burnout like a badge of honor until my body started sending RSVP declines to everything I'd scheduled for myself.

My WHOOP data told me I was in the red. My gut told me way before that. I cancelled subscriptions, cleared the calendar, and sat with the uncomfortable truth: I had optimized my way into misery.

The Blue Flame Path is what I built on the other side. Not a quick fix. Not a 30-day reset. A year of going from the inside out — rewiring how you work, live, and show up — so the results actually stick.

The Three-Phase Path

A year-long process.
Not a shortcut.

Each phase builds on the last. You can't skip ahead. And skipping has a cost.

Phase 1 — Months 1–4

Self-Awareness

You can't change what you can't see. We get radically honest about your patterns, your values, and the gap between who you are and who you've been performing as.

Phase 2 — Months 5–9

Self-Regulation

The nervous system work, the boundary architecture, the sleep/energy/movement foundations. This is where insight becomes actual change — in the body, not just the head.

Phase 3 — Months 10–12

Integration

Weaving everything together into a life that's actually yours. Values-aligned goals. A personal playbook. A version of success you designed — not inherited.

How much time does this actually take each week?
The program is designed for busy people — not people with endless free time. You'll have monthly group sessions plus between-session work you integrate into your real life, not a separate "wellness schedule" you abandon by week three. We'll talk specifics on the discovery call.
What makes this different from other coaching programs I've tried?
Most programs fix one thing — mindset, or habits, or time management — and skip the rest. This is a full-year process that goes in order: awareness first, then regulation, then integration. You don't skip phases. And the people in this room are going through the same season of life you are. That matters.
I'm skeptical of group programs. Will this actually be personalized?
Fair. The group is where you find perspective and community. The curriculum is where you do the work. And the coaching — especially in VIP — is where it gets specific to you. This isn't a watch-videos-alone situation. Casey is in the room.
What's the investment?
Investment details are shared on the discovery call, where we can also talk through payment plans and timing. The founding cohort rate is the lowest this program will ever be offered — we'll cover all of that in the conversation.
Can I convince my partner/spouse this is worth it?
A lot of people in this program's audience have to have that conversation. It's real and it's worth having thoughtfully. We can talk through how to do that on the discovery call — honestly, it's one of the most common topics that comes up.
I don't know if I'm ready. Is that a reason to wait?
